‘Poh-kay’ is a scrumptious fish salad served with nutritious dressings, the perfect balanced meal for a busy lifestyle!
Traditional Poke consists of raw fish like Tuna in bite sized cube form, topped with nuts, soy sauce and sesame oil. The contemporary versions of this exotic food uses varieties like salmon and squid with dressings of sriracha mayonnaise, wasabi and sea weed.
